Our comfortable holiday home, designed in the typical Mediterranean style, is situated in a quiet urbanisation at about 2 km from the idyllic village of Altea La Vieja and just 3 km from the sea. There is room for 6 people. A relaxing holiday is guaranteed with the fantastic view onto the deep blue Mediterranean sea and the imposing mountain range of the Sierra Bernia and the extensive Altea valley.

On the lower floor of Casa Altea you will find 3 individually designed bedrooms and 2 bright bathrooms. Bed-linen as well as towels is available. Ample wardrobe space makes sure that you can adequately store all those beautiful holiday clothes!

On the first floor the roomy and comfortable kitchen invites you to spend a pleasant time. The living-room and a guest-WC are also to be found here.

Both floors give access to the beautiful garden and onto 2 big partially covered terraces as well as  a small balcony. On the lower terrace you will be able to take a cocktail in the pool-bar. The house which was built on a plot of 1300 square meters is surrounded by a luxurious garden with imposing palm trees, Mediterranean bushes, blooming Bougainvillea and olive trees.

For the few cold winter days Casa Altea is equipped with a gas central heating; for the summer it is acclimatised and keeps the house cool and airy.

Further equipment

The guests will find amongst other electrical appliances a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooker, coffee-percolator  etc. as well as a second fridge in the pool bar. There is a satellite TV-connection and a Radio/CD-player. The terraces have sufficient furniture and deck-chairs.

There are 2 parking spaces in the grounds.
