Traffic connections

By plane: The international airport El Altet in Alicante is situated approx 60 km south of Altea. From the airport you can go via the national road N 332 or – much faster – on the motorway AP 7 (you’ll have to pay a toll charge), exit Altea. The airport of Valencia is situated approx 120 km north of Altea and is also quite easily accessible via the AP 7 motorway.

By train: The nearest long distance train station is Alicante (50 km). Along the coast between Alicante and Dénia you can use the suburban small train “El Trenet”, but one has to invest a lot of time to travel this way!

   By car: The Costa Blanca can be reached via the AP 7 motorway which is connected with the French      motorways.
